Yes, if you think you left a personal item behind, you may call or visit the Box Office during our operating hours to check if it has been retrieved.
Only the essentials. No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the theatre. All firearms and weapons of any kind deemed unnecessary will be asked to be returned to your car.
Animals of any kind, wild or domestic are not permitted in the venue.

The majority of our shows usually range from 90 minutes to 2 hours in length. Most shows do have an intermission but some do not.
No. We do not have an elevator. If you cannot climb the steps to get to the Box Office, simply ring the doorbell at the bottom of the stairs and someone will be down to assist you. All handicap seating is on the first floor level.
Yes, there are 4 wheelchair spots in the theatre, with companion seating available.
This differs depending on the show. Please pay attention to the announcements prior to the show to know exactly what is allowed in the way of photography. Please refrain from using your flash in general.
Yes, but handicapped parking is extremely limited. Getting to the area early will increase your chances of getting one of these spots, but there is no guarantee. There is an emergency lane in front of the entrance that can be used as a drop-off area.
Yes. We do sell beer and wine at most events. There are separate bars for cash or credit. We do not sell alcohol during movie events.
Yes, everything purchased can be taken into the seating area.

Yes, tickets to additional shows may be purchased at the lobby box office once doors to the event have been opened through after the event.
