Approved by the Niagara County Department of Health, here are our guidelines for re-opening:

  • Requiring masks to be worn by all staff and patrons (and strictly enforcing same during concerts and performances, under penalty of expulsion);

  • Temperature checks for all incoming persons, staff included;

  • Patrons required to line up outside and being admitted single file to eliminate crowding;

  • No merchandise, concessions or alcohol sales to eliminate congregation and temporary mask removal;

  • No intermission for performances;

  • Pattern for walking into the theatre and down aisles (one-way) to reduce crowding and direct patron flow;

  • Enforcing social distancing in areas where public may tend to congregate (e.g. lobby);

  • “Disney seating” for all events beginning with the first row (e.g. single, pairs or family, skipping a seat for each group and every other row to be occupied);

  • Exiting the theatre in a controlled manner, back row first, in a single-file line;

  • All patrons to remain seated throughout the performance, except for using the restroom. No congregating near the stage;

  • Hand-sanitizing stations to be placed in lobby areas and restrooms;

  • Restrooms to be monitored for single usage. Scheduled cleaning and sanitizing to be posted;

  • All “rules” to be announced on stage before each performance;

  • Security on-hand to enforce all rules, including mask wearing;

  • Theatre to be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following each performance;

  • Strict adherence to all State guidelines as directed by NYS Department of Health;

  • Standing invitation for NYS Department of Health inspectors to be present before and during performance to ensure compliance with all directives;

  • No greater than fifty (50%) capacity in the building for each event.
